      Pros

      Great company. Great products. Great brand. Innovative. Fairly well paid.

      Cons

      Inflexible working. Strict structured Holiday policy. Ruled by fear. CEO who doesn't respect the staff, who rules by fear and dread. Archaic morals. Terribly traditional working values. Don't care about the employee home/life balance. Turning away young talent becuase they don't want the inflexibility.
