Bullying is common across different BUs and is often ignored, creating a toxic and stressful environment. Many arrogant managers act above others and are not willing to help, making it hard for teams to feel supported. Overall, employees are not treated as people, but just as numbers. This kind of culture is damaging morale and driving good people away.
