Great company is great to their employees. Provides opportunity of growth to its employees.

I do not have cons of JC Sales.

No really pros to speak of other than it's a job that will pay you. No reason to take a job here unless you really can't find another job.

Poor benefits, very low pay, long hours, cheap management.
