Pros
1) I can see management have try to improvement on benefit, but still have a lot need to improve such as “should not add some term” in order to qualify those benefit , some benefit is just general which have provide by other company as well. 2) Friendly and helpful colleagues 3) Quite nice environment and good location ( nearby got a lot of food court)
Cons
1) Sharing session should not conduct every week, as sometimes we have no topic to sharing and force us to find a topic, this will waste our time and delay our assignment. 2) Allocation of assignment should not based on the management “like or dislike” basis, they should equally assign for each individual staff, or else those staff which get less assignment by management, is it can shake leg and get salary each month ? 3) I think each staff should not every week have new assignment , they should give time to clear those backlog case or review point by management. As there have some of management are “over audit” , the acceptable materiality are too lower than actual materiality , so time to clear review point must given.
