Pros
I did truly love working for this company. I gave it my heart and soul and thought I would work there forever. The benefits are great, the building is nice, and the bonus was also a treat. They treat their employees great with company parties, family activities, and group outings.
Cons
I think this company makes it extremely difficult to get a raise or a promotion unless you are a male. I watched people with little to no experience advance much quicker if they were male. And I am saying this as someone that was promoted!
