Pros
The employees worked long hours and were incredibly positive after working 16 hours a day. most employees were upbeat, worked with a sense of commitment, learned not to complain to union or managers. most felt if you kept your nose down, you could come to work and leave work safely.
Cons
long hours, management did not always follow contract with regards to hiring. safety working with knives was a bit scary, especially if you have to visit the medical staff.
