The only good experience i had was wirking with a head of procurement who is very professional and dedicated to make the department a better one
Cons
The category managers are very unprofessional and always cracking up jokes. They are very bullied and always make sexist comments as the departement is about 90% men. Women have no place of advancement in the procurement departement and are seen as “can’t handle” this position. Category managers spend about 10-11 hours at work but only really work 2hrs and spend the rest of their time bullying and making fun of girls in the departement.
