Pros
They are not very bureaucratic. They are very forgiving of mistakes. A true open door policy. If an employee wants to speak with the President he or she can do so. Excellent health benefits through Blue Cross, dental benefits through Delta Dental, and vision benefits through VSP. Corporate covers the first $500 (single)/$1000 (family) of the deductible.
Cons
If they find out an employee is looking for another job they will let that employee go. Nepotism. No coverage for hearing.
