Descent pay, If you know senior management you are favored.
Cons
Favoritism and Bureaucratic. High attrition for hourly team members as well as management position (over 100% for hourly team members and over 50% for management positions). It is very difficult to do your job when you are surrounded by new not trained employees. Long hours, no work life balance, unrealistic expectations from corporate with no help or guidance.
