Pros
From the time I interviewed with 12-15 people in the HDQ in Greeley, to onboarding, and now in my position, the experience has been amazing. I come from large HDQ environments in my career, and these are the nicest, most professional people with whom I have ever worked. I have been treated with respect and openness. Great people to work with.
Cons
I honestly have not found any downside yet. All companies have pain points and I'm sure JBS is no exception. I worked with a company they acquired for almost five years and this is a much better environment.
