Good career starting for Mechanical,EEE,ECE guys!! Learning experience is very good.It is like Technical school.They have around 12 department like production,maintenance,quality control,quality safety,HRD,Finance,PE,PA etc .Best part of working in jbm is that after having experience in JBM u can easily get a job in big manufacturing firms mainly in abroad.If u r hardworking u will surely get ur promotion easily.Plants r well maintained like big other firms with excellent technologies &Robots.JBM is india's largest auto vendor.They also launched their own bus which one more step towards OEM.
Cons
JBML part of JBM group is under joint venture with Maruti Suzuki India Limited only not other parts Like JBM auto, Neel Metal, JBM motors etc...after joining jbm group u will not able to switch directly to jbm's clients like Maruti, Honda,bmw,ford,Volvo etc expect big reference...u had to get experience of some less than 1 year in other company which is not jbm's client to switch to these companies..which is not a big cons. coz after that these companies pick hand to hand those employees with very very packages. 6 days working is also big concern for newly pass outs.
