Pros
Very fast paced environment that allows for fast learning and exposure to every aspect of Land Development. A lot of knowledgeable E.I.T's P.E's and Licensed Surveyors who are all willing to help out. The firm has a really good reputation in North Texas so you are working/learning with some of the best in the business. Great Bonuses!
Cons
The fast paced environment can be stressful at times. There are some occasions where working late or on weekends may be required. This depends on your supervising P.E and project. I got the feeling that I was kind of thrown into the fire. I wasn't shy about asking for help so I was able to manage however if you don't ask for help you may feel like you're sinking.
