      Pros

      -Everyone knew what they were talking about and were all knowledgeable in their fields -Snacks in the break room every day -Competitive pay

      Cons

      -They were incredibly unfriendly. I had been working there for two weeks before it occurred to my manager to introduce me to the office. I literally walked around the office for two weeks before anybody acknowledged my presence. -My manager was never in the office. I had to go door to door within my team asking for work, because he never gave me any. -Literally no training. Literally.

      Pros

      JBI Partners Inc. is one of the top if not THE top land development company in the DFW metroplex. Since day 1 I was treated with the utmost respect and benefits. The work environment is professional (in terms of dress and appearance) yet relaxed in that there are company events such as Top Golf / Casino Night / Christmas Parties etc. that allow co-workers the chance to bond with one another on a more personal level. The pay is excellent and more competitive than most engineering firms around. I worked at JBI for over 4 years since I was right out of college and I only left the company because of family reasons. If you are fortunate enough to land a job at this company I assure you that you will love it.
