      Never a dull moment Fair Owner likes to know who works for him Non judgmental Lots of traveling Pay was fair in the beginning

      Cons

      Hr is a nightmare Checks are usually wrong and not fixed immediately Benefits that were given at hire changed without notice or just no longer an option

      Some fairly chill electricians, especially if you get into service.

      Cons

      Same caveats of electrical trade in general. (Poor career growth without job hopping, long hours, etc)
