Fun and Caring - Talent Acquisition Coordinator JBCStyle Employee Review

I have some friends working at a few different recruiting firms and all of them are constantly stressed. They are micro managed, they are not provided education and training and development and they feel like there is a gun at their head consistently. Here I have never had any of those feelings. I was trained heavily to start and have had consistent training and development and support. My manager is supportive and caring and does not micro manage me and our leaders are amazing.
