      Pros

      Nice people to work with, apart from managers. Skipton has great climbing, MTB and running nearby. Jeremy Benn is a nice guy.

      Cons

      Awful management. Bullying. Toxic office environment. Tidy desk policy?! Poor pay. Bureaucracy like you wouldn't believe.

      Some talented and hardworking colleagues across teams, some nice people

      Favourism. Concerns related to bullying, inappropriate conduct, and sexism are not addressed adequately. High employee turnover creates instability, impacts morale, and places additional pressure on remaining staff. Communication and expectations are often unclear, making it difficult for employees to succeed and grow professionally. Lots of changes, lots of uncertainties
