Pros

Nice and clean building, and flexibility of working remotely

I read in one of the reviews that this company is on a downturn, and it’s spot on. They seem to have a hard time changing course. They laid off hardworking employees instead of the managers causing the damage. Good employees are leaving because they don’t see loyalty, creating a big gap and shortage in the services offered. There is more pressure on the remaining employees. Customers are unhappy and leaving as well, creating a very negative and pressured environment where no one is motivated to work anymore. Another review talked about racism, and it’s true. One review called the environment toxic, and it still is. Someone mentioned discrimination and preferential treatment based on sex and national origin, which is also true. Sexual harassment exists with no consequences, and this is true as well. There is more work and the threat of losing your job if you talk about it. Overall, there is nothing good about this company, and it's unfortunate.
