Pros
-Organized and timely delivery of projects which is unheard of in this industry -A lot to learn from working with architects, interior designers, project managers, superintendents, lead carpenters and cabinet makers...all in house. -The best office management team (scissors) -A lot of projects at once which is great from a learning to multi-task standpoint
Cons
-Too many big ego's at senior level creating internal clashes -Lack of creativity from a design stand point -Little to No Team Building -High turnover
