Great Product, Poor Leadership - Director JAR Systems Employee Review

Mom and pop shop where everyone is treated like they are dumber than the two in charge, unless you are also related to them- they enjoy hiring family members. Leadership talks down to employees constantly and in front of others. The overall management is very mercurial so you never know what you’re walking into and most work assignments are a moving target, so they are never satisfied, but they’ll blame the employee for the incompetency. I wouldn’t recommend working here.
