Horrible Place - Consultant JAMIS Employee Review

I love working here. My personal manager has taught me more than I've ever learned at any job or college. Some people are scared to speak up but when you do you are met with respect and are heard.

Not many but this is a small company, not a large corporation so take that at what it's worth. You will wear many hats but that gives you experience.

JAMIS has a great corporate culture. Management at each level, up to the very top, is very involved and accessible. They are actively involved to ensure you are reaching your own personal career goals within their company. Even though we have employees scattered throughout the US there is still very much a family feel ensuring the teams get together in one location a few times a year.
