They are a fast pased organization that is always looking for ways to improve business performance and acumen. The seniorr management team has a strong desire to see thier staff succeed understanding that their success translates to company success.
Cons
The growth factor. JACAM saw 44% growth in 2010 as far as gross sales goes. The processes and foundation have not been completely solidified to take on that type of growth that quickly. We are in the process now of establishing those key factors to support an organization in a growth period.
