Pros

My time with JAAGO Foundation has truly been a journey of growth and self-discovery. As my first professional workplace, JAAGO gave me a safe yet challenging space to prove myself, learn by doing, and gradually grow into a more confident version of who I am today. I joined as someone who was more comfortable staying on the sidelines, observing, supporting, and learning quietly. Over time, through hands-on responsibilities, trust from supervisors, and constant encouragement, I found myself stepping up, taking ownership, and eventually growing into a natural leader. JAAGO places strong value on self-learning and exploration, and that culture allowed me to discover strengths I didn’t even know I had. Beyond work, what truly sets JAAGO apart is its people. The workplace environment is warm, supportive, and deeply collaborative. Colleagues and mentors don’t just feel like coworkers, they feel like family. There is a genuine sense of shared purpose, empathy, and mutual respect that makes even challenging days feel meaningful.

Cons

While JAAGO offers immense learning and personal growth opportunities, there is relatively limited scope for rapid promotion or salary progression. With more structured growth pathways and performance-based advancement opportunities, the organization could further strengthen employee retention and motivation.

Pros

Sustainable business, resilient company, and generally well managed operationally.

Cons

Leadership felt weak and ineffective. A small group appeared to dominate decision-making and created an unhealthy workplace culture. Employees witnessed inappropriate late-night gatherings in the office that raised serious professionalism and ethics concerns. Employees also discussed the possibility of an external investigation or raid related to these activities. Overall, the environment felt intimidating and poorly governed.
