      The support team is friendly

      Cons

      The high staff turnover should be a big warning sign: Long hours equate to minimum wage. Lack of trust throughout the business. Intimidating work environment. Abusive, rude, threatening and unstable leadership by one of the directors. Either apathy or neglect by the other. If you are foolish enough to go for an interview, you will figure it out pretty quickly.

      Dictatorship Culture - “We cannot shout at anyone, anymore” Although the advert states Development, none til you have been here for a year. 45 hour week with 20 days leave plus Bank Holidays-in my humble opinion, 7.5 hrs too long and a few days too short with no longevity benefit.
