• free lunch on Thursdays • pay is decent for the area • small “events” for holidays • a lot of paid holidays off • usually out at noon on fridays

• hours are inconsistent, some weeks you’ll have overtime and others you won’t even get 40 hours • drama filled work environment with no consequences for those starting problems • minimal room for growth • raises and promotions are unfair and often based on favoritism rather than work ethic • false promises of positions are frequently made with no compensation or actual title • will be given extra days off for holidays that are not paid and forced to use vacation time if you’d like it to be paid • only 3 personal days a year (1 personal day every 4 months)
