Great mentors, Not overly strung up with procedure (considering it's a major law firm), Teams are very collaborative, Mentorship is genuine and with interest to build career. Lots of opportunity for early associates to cut teeth and take shots at big transactions. Starts giving commission fairly early to associates.
High emphasis on ethics, standards and values. Very client oriented thinking and culture. Encouraged to think critically and with intellectual curiosity.
