Pros
This is a very nice company to work for. As with anything, you get out of the job what you put into it. Company has a "Can Do" attitude and cares very much about it"s customers and it"s employees. I am proud to represent the company with it's unique programs and services. The owner once said to me, "You have to enjoy your job to be successful" and he and his company in no way stand in the way of that. I have recommended this company to others in the industry and the ones who were able to join can say the same.
Cons
As the company has grown rapidly in the last few years, it has had to adjust to it's own size. Simple communication has been weakened and management has had to make adjustments. Some team members have had trouble with the change and at times things don't happen the way they should. This can be a negative in the eyes of the customer and a frustration to the Sales force. Nothing worthwhile is easy and I believe these are all growing pains of a healthy, innovative company.
