      Pros

      Pay is okay but awful compared to other companies such as ups and turnover is extremely high

      Cons

      Routes feel rushed they lack enough water and ice for everyone to have sum in the Texas heat. You’re incentivized to work fast and keep cool in the heat at the same time. The job itself isn’t a problem but dispatch and management make things more complicated than it should be

      Pros

      Easy work, pulling doubles for FedEx. Local for me ..pay is very good.

      Cons

      Equipment is the only con I can think of.. it's not the worse but definitely not the best
