Family owned business- the owners always change their mind on the rules and protocol for conducting business. They micro manage every thing each employee does, example if you don't answer the phone enough times a day, has cameras and microphones everywhere, and tracks EVERYTHING you do on your computer. The owner only seems to criticize, hardly ever compliments anyone.
