Work environment is pleasant and supportive! Our team is small but like a little family. Everyone is genuinely very nice. Everyone works hard and does what they have to do to contribute to the companies overall success. I feel like I have a pretty good work, life balance here!

Management isn't very open to change and trying new methods of selling. Resources are not always there to complete projects they way they should be done. Communication between departments could be better.
