Pros

Give disable people a job. Allows Telecommuting. No phone work required. Are employees and not independent contractors.

Cons

They admit and promote they pay you less then what they would pay a "normal" person because they are able to. They exploit the disabled because they know we cannot work anywhere else. Have to provide all equipment if working from home. No management support. LOW PAY. Min wage in your state. No security. will fire at anytime and not provide a reason.

Pros

Only one, you work from home.

Cons

You work from home so when tools are down, you're expected to remain in call without compensation. If you can not remain on call after your designated hours, you will be written up. They grade you based in how many calls you audit. Even though your pay is supposed to be hourly, you are timed and have a quota. You're graded on how fast you audit and if you audit too fast or too slow, you're written up/reprimanded, your accuracy doesn't matter.
