      Pros

      Great leadership. The people at the top have done almost all of the jobs within the company at one point or another. It's a family business. Back stabbing is not tolerated. Ownership is driven to give back to the community and its customers when disaster strikes.

      Cons

      There are very few holidays and vacation time is scant.

      That I was let go.

      Cons

      You are being watched like a child. Training took almost 2 months before letting you go into the field and actually sell. Nobody ever seemed to know a plan or what was going on, ever.
