Management Sucks - Marketing J.ING Employee Review

Very chaotic while working/ connecting with China team and the management team. Even the HR are confused and having a difficult time to get directions from the management to answer any concerns/ questions on the work tasks and future directions. No leadership and management skills with the C-level, and they would put entry level people to a level that doesn't match their skills and experience. There are growth opportunities with the company business but no career growth opportunities for employees if you want to stay here long-term
