      Pros

      I learned a lot when I was working here because the company gave employees opportunities to grow. It allowed mistakes as long as you take responsibility of what's wrong, so everyone can learn and do better next time.

      Cons

      The workload was heavy but I think I expected it before I joined the company because if a startup doesn't have much to do, it certainly will fail. The workflow wasn't that smooth and should be improved.
