Cons
1- Fraud company. They never credited salary on time. 2- They never think about their employees who are working with them and treated me as I am a slave. 3- They are not at all the manufacturers of 3D Printers they import all the filaments machines from China and sell them at triple price. 4- You can never work with them for a long time and if you decide to take stand against any action the company will start showing you their true colours which I have experienced. 5- they never credited my Incentive and whenever I asked the HR Dept and the CMD they just kept on delaying it and this has happened with all the sales team. 6- our whole team left the company because we were fed up. even the accountant left and many female employees left due to the disgusting behaviour of CEO and CMD. Not a safe place for female employees. 7- CEO was a lout person and comes to office drunken. One of the reason why one female employee left the company He used to abuse most of the time on the sales team and went personal and said many things unceremoniously which he was not supposed to say. 8- At the end you won't believe what happened with us the company forced us to sign a bond in which it was mentioned that if individually every salesperson has to make 20lakhs sales then only the salary will get credited which is Illegal. And when our team said no they clearly said that they won't give us the pending salary of February month and incentive of previous months. 9- At the time when we used to sit for a meeting with clients CEO used to come to the office in a drunken condition and spoked rubbish in front of clients. Also, he abused one of my client on the phone call when he was drunk. You won't believe the CEO used to pee just outside the company gate. All of them wasted the money in drinking and when it comes to giving salary to us they start making the excuse that there are no sales but every day they have money to spend Thousands of money on Alcohol. 10- They never appreciated our hard work even when we used to sit for more than 10 hours in the office. Never entertained for increment. There are many drawbacks to this company. and The reason why I have written this to make others aware About this company and I don't want any other person to be the next victim. Thanks for teaching me a lesson that you should never trust anyone
