1. Office shifts is segregated into 3 timings those are 9-6 , 10-7 and 11-8(Mon - Sat) 2. My shift timings was 10-7 once i reached between 10 to 10.30 no one is there because key is with someone else he comes around 11-11.30 these was the case for most of the times 3. Office resides at the outskirts of mira road into some super market which is v far from mira road station. 4. Locality is not so v good for girls i will say think twice before joining it because they will force you to extend your working shifts daily and expect you to come early before your actual shift timings . 5. Work ethics hardly any CEO of the company has a v rough tone and he will behave as if we are slaves to him , he has made me cry just not once but multiple times. 6. It was too much when i reached home at 10.45 and while my parents directly called him his ego got hurt and stated that my parents have abused him additionally they said the call was made at midnight but the fact is while i was travelling and my mom talked to him it was between 9.40 and 10.30, I don't know might be they don't know how to check the timings. 7. After all these they said i have went against the policies but the fact is during the joining they will make you read and understand the company's policy they will never share the copy of policy with an employee 8. After this incident they have asked me an apology letter since my parents called him at midnight and have abused him, how it is justified? 9. After this incident Manager is dropping me a message at 12.30 AM come tomorrow early in the morning at 9 o'clock to complete the pending task but he was least concerned whether i have reached safely or not to my place . 10. And once i reported to office the next day i discussed that i wont extend my hours i have tried by best to complete my work but the way you treat to your employees is not acceptable, although in probation i was not keeping well i had asked for work from home or else i will report to the office tomorrow (I asked for work from home since my work was such it can be carried on internet thought of the company but HR didn't approved it she said work from home is not possible you can come to office tomorrow and i was not keeping well because the other day in the office premises they made fun of my work and when discussed upon reasons were such that we were just creating an environment of laughter and silly explanation was given ). 13. They are trying to expand their company franchise but there are hardly any employees strength on website it is given 500 but merely there is one HR, One business development manager and one Sales person and 2..3 engineers 14. The next day when i reported to office around 12..12.30 since the other day i left from the office at 9.40 and reached home around 10.45 i said i m not happy working over here please find some one else i am leaving this organization for FnF i will come some other day having said that HR reply was like complete documentation as per company's policy in probation there is no documentation as such and she was asking an apology letter from me in fact they should have given me an apology letter the way they have harassed me also in the evening they send me an e-mail that they are not going to entertain me or carry out any further communication since i spoke to manager in a rude tone and left the organization without any documentation but i already informed i will be coming to the office later on and not today because i knew payment wont be done today since the salary gets disbursed on 10th of every month. But the plan was different CEO of the company was not yet in to the office he wanted to take revenge by insulting me since my parents called him as i reached home at 10.45 (Which was against the company's policy that my parents directly contacted him), Prior to this he has insulted me many times although he said sorry also but the intentions behind saying sorry was different because he wanted to continue this thing as and when he wants. 13. They said my performance was low but let me inform you that i was loaded with the work(no complaints about it but they were creating lots of pressure behavior of CEO was v in appropriate continuously was working for 12 hours without drinking water or without having my lunch and post that he says this work is not approved please re do it these is the only one incident i am highlighting there are many such, I accept he had given me a training just on one tool other than this no information was provided not even the details that if you need anything you can contact to this person) after working on assignment as per their requirement they say it is good and later on it use to get disapproved these clearly indicated it was a harassment towards me by CEO , HR and Manager.
