      Pay is pretty competitive compared to other retailers. Opportunities to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Just like any company, upper management is russian roulette. A store is only as functional as the Store Director/ District Manager.

      Competitive pay rates offered Decent PTO allowance

      Cons

      - lack of support from senior leadership - blatant sexism within hiring practices - no path for growth opportunities - convoluted feedback from leaders - clear preference for outside hiring management roles - some of the lowest payroll hours you will ever see in retail alongside some of the most demanding workloads
