Working for Jamerica is great - but you have to be flexible!

Working with tenants has a built in downside -

Co-Workers, and flexibility was great but I was a salaried worker. I did have fun working there, and did enjoy my job a lot.

Everything else. Directors that shouldn't be directors, Managers that shouldn't be managers. Much incompetence at the Director and Manager levels including the owners. No respect for employees, no structure, no options. If you voice an opinion or you have strong feelings or convictions about helping the company move forward, good luck you will end up fired, as EGO's of Upper Management, Directors and Owners bruise easily here. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.
