-Johnny Maniscalco is listed as CEO, that is not the case, he sold the company years ago, but he is a very good man and leader
-Management, throughout (leadership, direction, teaching, communication, etc. - they're overwhelmingly good people)
-Nobody stays, people have been "jumping ship" it seems non-stop for years
-Pay scale isn't equal to biggest and most comparable competition
-Inter-company communication and sharing of information among departments is a disaster
