Cons
- Overworked, underpaid, and not enough people in the team to help out so you're always left feeling like there's too much to do.
- Felt very micromanaged.
- Lots of very antisocial people, you'd walk past people in the office and not even get acknowledged, bit of a stand off-ish energy amongst many.
- Required to go in 3 days a week but you cannot change these days or management will kick up a fuss.
- Training was a bit of a disappointment, no real training booklet. They use lots of notes on Inprotech and half of the time these notes are wrong.
- One fee earner in particular was always so rude when I emailed him and I was only following the procedure we were told.
- Some loud and obnoxious staff who had no consideration for others.
- Was told at the beginning of my employment that I would never always be given the same tasks yet every day I was given the same monotonous tasks and the other team members never did these unless I was off, and even then they were sometimes left for me to do when I came back.
- Overall, not a great place to work.
