Pros
What can be improved and what really concerns me is the issue of communication, sometimes there is a lack of communication that should be really improved. Another thing that I consider needs improvement is rewarding personal performance each year and motivating employees with carreer opportunities to grow in the company and to bring out the best in ourselves knowing that the company is capable of responding well.
Cons
It has many, many good things. I believe Izertis has one of the best human teams one could wish for, from the management of the areas through intermediate ranks and consultants/technicians, people available to help that is not so easy to find in many other companies. Furthermore, in my personal opinion, I also consider that they do a great job in allowing a very good balance between work and personal life, being flexible and allowing autonomy for their employees.
