      Pros

      Overall good place to work, most of the people are friendly, good co-workers with a team attitude and good technical ability. The atmosphere is pretty friendly and they seem conscious of creating a good culture – feedback surveys and reviews to processes.

      Cons

      Alfresco is used for most projects, it has a very slow release cycle which can be frustrating. Some of the senior technical team and PMs can be political/cliquey at times, which isn't necessary and goes against the 'good culture' ethic. Hours can be long, some of the projects seem rushed.

      Very smart people- learning opportunities, mentors, skills are admired Great working environment (office and/or ability to work from home0 Wonderful benefits Multi-cultural (Ixxus is in 4 countries) New and diverse work and projects

      Time zone differences make meeting times tough sometimes Slow project starts

      Pros

      Great health benefits, pre merger, amazingly brilliant colleagues, healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      The Acquisition! The merger of Ixxus and CCC was the end of the golden days at Ixxus. What was once a healthy thriving business shriveled up and died under new management.
