Pros

The kids are incredible to work with and they provide lots of training experience

Cons

They do not provide adequate support for staff injuries, they fired staff who were unable to perform specific movements due to physical disabilities, and the pay was minimum wage in Maryland, which is unsustainable for many of the employees who live in DC.

Pros

I have loved working with the children here over the last five years! As a mother myself, the pediatric population is incredibly close to my heart. I am so grateful for the flexible scheduling that allowed me to be home whenever my own kids were off from school.

Cons

The benefits package could be improved by offering better health insurance and expanded maternity leave. We should also observe Veterans Day as a paid day off to support our veteran coworkers.
