      Team that genuinely cares about each other

      Cons

      Extremely high workloads, slow to hire replacements when people leave, high burnout. Lack of support for employees as individuals and not just drones. Administration cares more about putting butts in seats than actually setting students up for success.

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
