      Students are a pleasure to work with. Regional campuses try to align to regional workforce needs.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to want to force light weight 8-week courses on students. Online courses seem to lower standards and outcomes to "improve" completions.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
