Pros
The faculty are very talented and committed. Teaching and working with students is great. I love to teach and this is the only reason I remain and the only reason the overall satisfaction rating is a 2 instead of 1.
Cons
Leadership is poor and the college is very top heavy. Faculty are generally not respected and there is too much micromanagement from top to bottom (and faculty are seen to be the bottom). At this point, I am concerned for the future of the college.
