Pros
Helping students earn their degrees is very fulfilling. The majority of faculty are hard working, dedicated people.
Cons
Although not all campuses are toxic, ours is. Lots of lip service, but nothing improves unless you happen to be one of the chancellor's favored few. No support from our administration - just a lot of blame for declining enrollment.
