      Outstanding benefits and vacation package. Some really good people work here.

      Cons

      Some IT managers are too arrogant to realize how ignorant they are. The server team does not have strong leadership. Pay is Ok. Not much chance for advancement.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
