Pros
-Ivy Point is a growing company, so you get the chance to learn a lot. -The senior management is great. They are really understanding and helpful. -My peers too had a supportive and a helping nature. -They have a great team and if not for my further studies, I would surely have stayed at Ivy Point for much longer.
Cons
I personally like the human aspect at work, but due to the covid situation, we had to work from home.
