      Working at Ivy Panda is a great experience. I'm continuously challenged with interesting projects that improve my skills and keep the work dynamic and exciting. Our team is incredibly supportive. The colleagues are always ready to land a hand, and the company culture is positive and inclusive. One of the best aspects is the flexible schedule, which helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance and avoid burnout. Management also respects our personal time, which, in my experience, is rare and valuable. Overall, this job offers excellent growth opportunities, and I genuinely enjoy being part of this amazing team.

      The company mostly works remotely and sometimes I miss live communication with the team.
