Very good product technically speaking. Changes and updates are occurring randomly. Competes with sales force on a minor scale. Once you learn it, it is pretty powerful tool.
Cons
Horrible leadership. Pay is 60% or less of market value for the role you are hired for. there is no negotiation. No training, sink or swim, and the stress that come from that. Every day comes with the possibility that your role will change entirely. No support for trying to make appropriate changes to improve the company. CEO clearly does not have the experience nor skills nor knowledge on building a successful and sustainable company. They have been in startup mode for 15 years… without the funding nor strategies for actual growth. They will be here forever. They cheat customers by not actually building the solution they want.
